Snedaker House
The Snedaker home was built for their art collection and as a weekend getaway but is easily adaptable for long term use. Its 2700 square foot size is deceiving because of its volumes and play of space. Inspiration was taken from local rural elements. A hop kiln-shaped roof defines the ceiling volume of the kitchen. Playful barn-like elements coexist with a major chimney.
